I have to say, getting accomodations set up for my 2e daughter at our local community college was a snap. We made her an appointment, she emailed them a scanned copy of her IEP from our middle school, and had a Zoom in late March with someone form the special needs office. That person had already read her (very lengthy) IEP. The talked to my daughter about school, made some solid suggestions, and 45 minutes later without any intervention on my part, my 14-year-old, shy, socially awkward, Autistic child had accomodations set up with her college. The special needs office emailed the accodations to her professor before spring quarter started. It was 100% easier than dealing with the public school, even with our middle school IEP team, who did very well by her.
