I think it should probably be posted in both.

I will add the rest of the books suggested, but it will probably take me a little while to look them all up on Amazon. Posting with links would make my job shorter, but it's not a requirement. smile

I am also soliciting suggestions for breaking the main list up into categories, as I can see that it is already really too long.
