I saw an article on NPR recently about Emma Thompson continuing the Peter Rabbit stories. I haven't read any of them yet, but in her NPR interview she raved to the point of waxing lyrical about how much she loved the Beatrix Potter books when she was a child and what an honor it was to be chosen to continue the stories.
